You may not have heard of Silver Legal Group but this is by design. Rather than advertise, we work on very selective searches on a highly confidential basis. We have over 10 years of legal recruiting experience. Most importantly, unlike some of the better known legal recruiting firms we have very little recruiter turnover leading to a high level of candidate confidentiality.

The Managing Partners of many of Atlanta’s largest law firms are working with us on highly selective searches. We keep a low profile (no marketing) as we discreetly and carefully match an attorney’s skills, experience, personality, and background to the needs and culture of our client firms. We begin the process by setting up a no-obligation meeting to explore possibilities and define mutual interests, usually over breakfast or lunch, with the managing partner of the firm or chair of a specific practice group.

We have a selective legal clientele of 20 firms. Some are the largest ones in the city and a number of them are fast-growing emerging boutiques. Our clientele offer various platform strengths, practice focuses, and geographic coverage. All of them are exceptionally interested in cross selling and marketing. Our clientele are known to have strong financial strength and to compensate their partners very well. Our key client firms have also engaged us to recruit attorneys for their international offices.
